Cancel or get a refund
Cancelling through Google Play, and how refunds are handled.

Cancel
Cancel from Google Play (the app can take you there from the subscription screen):
- Open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Choose Nexus → Cancel subscription.
- Premium access continues until the end of the paid period, then the account drops to free. Nothing is deleted.
Refunds
Play purchases follow Google's refund process first: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history → Report a problem. Our refund policy applies alongside Google's rules.
If you were charged but premium didn't activate, force-close and reopen the app first (Play can take a few minutes to confirm). Still not active? Contact support with the Google Play order number (starts with GPA).
