Which emails we send, and how to stop the optional ones.

Types of email
- Essential — verification codes, receipts, billing and subscription notices, security alerts. These are part of operating your account and can't be disabled.
- Product & study updates — tips, feature news, and study nudges. Optional.
Unsubscribing
Every optional email includes an Unsubscribe link in the footer — one click, no sign-in required, and it takes effect immediately. Modern mail apps also honour their built-in unsubscribe button for our emails.
We cap optional email frequency and only send them to verified addresses. If something feels like spam or you keep receiving mail after unsubscribing, report it to support with the email's subject line.
