Cancel your subscription
Cancel where you subscribed; access continues until the period ends.

Cancel from the place you subscribed:
- Web: Account → Subscription on bmreducation.com/account → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → EdChat → Cancel.
What happens next
- Your paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period — cancelling never cuts you off early.
- After that, the account drops to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: chats, decks, plans, and progress all remain.
- You can resubscribe any time.
If you cancelled but were still charged, or can't find the subscription in either place, contact support with the email on the account.
