AI credits explained
What consumes credits, how to check usage, and what happens at zero.

AI features — chat replies, quizzes, flashcards, interviews, plans — consume AI credits from your monthly allowance. Heavier work (long Thinking-mode answers, big generations) costs more than quick answers.
Check your usage
Open Account settings (on bmreducation.com/account or from your profile in EdChat) to see credits used, credits remaining, and your plan.
When credits run out
AI generation pauses until your next monthly cycle starts, or immediately resumes if you upgrade to a higher plan. Nothing is deleted — your chats, decks, and plans remain available; new AI generation is what pauses.
