Create your account & sign in
Register inside the app and use the same account on the web.

- Open the Nexus app and choose Sign up.
- Register with your email and a password, then verify as prompted.
- Your account carries your practice history, subscriptions, and MedChat usage across devices.
Signing in on the web
Use the same email and password at nexus.bmreducation.online — progress and subscription status stay in sync with the app.
Trouble signing in?
- Double-check the email you registered with — a typo at signup is the most common cause.
- Use the Forgot password option on the sign-in screen to reset by email.
- Still stuck? Contact support with the email you used and where you're trying to sign in (app or web).
Nexus accounts are separate from EdChat accounts — an EdChat login won't open Nexus, and vice versa.
