Student fees
Set a fee amount on a batch, then track per-student payment status from the batch's fees view. Mark payments received and see who's outstanding at a glance.
Your EdCoach subscription
Institute billing lives in Settings → Billing: your plan, AI credit balance for EdChat features, and invoices.
AI credits are consumed by student-facing AI features you enable. The credit meter in the admin portal shows usage; top-ups and plan changes are handled from the Billing tab.
